TDM - Somewhere, beyond the sea~

THE UNKNOWN SEAS TDM
Hello and welcome to the Test Drive Meme for Unknown Seas! Welcome to the bottom of the whole ocean, kids. Use this as a space to freely test characters or character options in something close to the setting! Standard format applies, drop your character name and canon in the subject line
The facility is pretty simple, even if there isn't an exact map yet. There are a number of various windowless rooms and common areas in clusters connected by long glass corridors built in the bottom of the sea. If you look up you can see more tunnels above, but they're darkened completely. Here's some prompts! The kids love prompts, right?
1. Arise from the depths (of sleep)
You wake up in a very functional and simple bed in a very functional and simple room. It's definitely not, however, where you went to sleep. Did you even go to sleep? That's pretty alarming. Also potentially alarming is the window in the wall above the writing desk you've been given - that's uh. That's water out there, buddy. You're underwater. Well-lit underwater, but underwater. You should probably look around or maybe outside - who knows, maybe other people are around here? Or maybe you want to try to demand to speak to a manager.
2. Killing time
Between bursts of violent murder, there aren't exactly a bunch of scheduled activities in this place. So there's a need to fill the time somehow... what are you doing to kill time? I know most everyone interested is a murdergame vet of some kind, so feel free to add in whatever standard murdergame rooms you like to fill the space! There's all kinds of things here. Maybe there's a theater, or an art room, or... an aquarium, for ultimate levels of nonsense?
3. Motive time!
The Professor has announced a new motive for murder! Maybe you've been given an envelope with your deepest darkest secret, maybe you're being offered a great deal of money... maybe he's giving the kitchen staff a week off! There's all kinds of things he could do.
4. Material goods???
There's a vending machine in the hallway, with no... buttons for selection or anything, which is weird. All you can do is drop the coins you sometimes get into the coin slot and hope! It might drop all kinds of things - it's regains, you know the drill.
5. Down where it's wetter, down where someone's deader...
There's been a murder! Get out there and investigate, or like... don't. I'm not your dad. Maybe you want to shield some poor teenager from a grisly murder? Or maybe the investigation is over and you want to chat about the grisly murder over some relaxing tea from the kitchen. You do you!
6. Other
Or maybe there's something not on here that you want to do! This TDM is for you, live your dreams!
Rhea | Fire Emblem Three Houses
[Rhea's routine is quite, well, routine. She's normally found in the library. A stack of books is by her side, there's quite an array from a survey on sea life to some random treatise on military strategy. She usually seems to be taking notes on them--though if you get close to her without Rhea noticing the 'notes' seem more like outlines on a sermon. A very angry one that has nothing to do with the books.
However, nearing the time of curfew in a far corner of the facility almost every night Rhea is found deep in prayer. Most of the time it's silent, other times she hums a song that's much more like a lullaby than a hymn.]
3; the wicked will always get their just end
[Rhea, for the most, is very calm throughout this ordeal. She's only gotten upset during the trials and days leading up to the murders. Anger that such action must be taken, that life must suffer for such petty things... She offers up these explanations.
This time, however, she is relatively calm though the anger in her voice is clear.]
Such arrogance... The Professor is playing with fire. It stirs the blood to know that such wicked soul is in charge of us all. [She turns her head.]
Those that try going down such a path will eventually trip. Do you not agree?
4: may I offer you a flower in this trying time?
[Rhea has taken the item away from the vending machine. It's a simple hair clip with a white lily adorning it. She lifts it up with a smile.]
My, what a relief that it is still intact. It really is the little things that can get one through the harshest of days.

[Hibiki has always been very polite and friendly, but at her words he seems... almost distant.]

[Something this time had set her off. She can't say what but...]
no subject
[He doesn't agree or disagree. Instead:]
You sound... okay, saying 'you sound upset' is kinda dumb right now. But you sound more upset than usual.
no subject
[The motive didn't seem that heinous.]
no subject
[There's just a hint of a tease to his voice: he's learned to be respectful with her, since she's an authority figure. But he still can't resist his playful nature]
...this 'motive' must have really hit home...

Oh well. ]
I agree that Professor is bound to get into deep trouble.
It's not like the rest of us don't have more important things to do other than kill each other. It'll also be quite fun watching what kind of end comes to that 'wicked soul', don't you think?
no subject
I will feel no joy in it. Bloodshed is still bloodshed even if the wicked deserve it. Still... there is some solace in knowing that things will turn out worse for the Professor.
no subject
[ Not to say he'd be over the moon about it, but he'd be lying if he wouldn't at least be incredibly satisfied to see the Professor keel over for making them do the same to each other. He could be petty, after all.
But honestly, he was rather curious, hence his question. ]
Either way, obviously I agree. It'll be nice if we can find whatever weaknesses he has and exploit them so we could put an end to all of this sooner than later. I'm really not a fan of constant, senseless murder, you see.

[Revenge was a slippery slope. Once someone had a taste of it there was no stopping. Death had to be treated as a solemn occasion otherwise...
Well. It was something best not thought of.]
No one else follows my faith here but it still saddens me to see such suffering. It must be ended before more are dragged into this misery.
no subject
[ Honestly, though, this was two for two with his dislike of selfish and diabolical Professors. What was it about those in that profession or holding of such a title that made them such terrible creatures? ]
Maybe we'll be able to come up with some kind of plan in one of those meetings, hm? Someone usually seems eager to put them up and discuss what others have managed to figure out so far, after all.
(no subject)
2....
...maybe... he'll just not comment and try to dissuade her from dumping it on the other test subjects.
He'll head across from her, set down his own stack of books, and pull up a chair, then.]
Have you found anything particularly interesting? I'll admit, there are some things I wish to take back home when we've found a proper way out of this situation, but aside from that, none of it seems useful in that regard.
no subject
She sets down her pencil for the moment, sighing.]
Some things of interest, yes. Some of these authors are quite poetic and some of the information is quite intriguing. I fear that this may be more for the staff's enjoyment than anything else.
[There's a small pause.] I suggest not poking into the fictional stories too much.
no subject
[He opens one of the books, then pauses.]
What is wrong with the fiction here, exactly?
no subject
[Should she tell him. Well, someone's not here so.]
Most seem to be fine but I do believe there is, ah, some more scandalous romantic tales. I do know how you can be.
no subject
[He brings a hand to his chin and ponders...]
Well, this is not an educational institution for impressionable young minds, so I suppose I can leave it be.
[...he was slightly more chill about it a while back, but then Flayn came to the monastery and he proceeded to go absolutely apeshit on the library......]

[ It's pretty, the sort of thing Mira wouldn't have expected to find in a place like this. ]
Does it belong to you?
no subject
It does. I admit, I am rather fond of lilies.
no subject
[ a pause. ]
But... I'm not sure how thrilled I am that a stranger has taken all of our things and placed them here for anyone to get.
no subject
[Eugh.]

It's terrible... especially if it's something important. [ Like, y'know... her journal. ] Do you know if you're missing anything else? If I receive something of yours, I'd be glad to return it to you.
Anything for a little bit of familiarity in this place.

Edelgard fixes her with a stare that very clearly says, Are you going to leave? ]
I assume you've found something... illuminating.
Re: 2
Perhaps. If I gave you an answer, you would just destroy it.
[Like you do with everything.]
no subject
[ Unlike you, and the rest of your cult, goes unsaid. ]
And I would look you in the eye as I did.
no subject
Yes, I am sure that will be quite a comfort to the others here. Knowing the one that destroyed the library on a mere spite-filled whim.
[Her shoulders tense.]
You have lost the right.
